The information on this Website and any advice Enthusiast Underwriting Pty Ltd provide about our Enthusiast Motor Insurance product is general information only and does not consider your specific circumstances.
General Advice Warning
Enthusiast started in 2011, writing over 75,000 policies in that time. Our team has a strong presence across Australia, striving to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Enthusiast holds Australian financial licence number 396716. This licence allows Enthusiast to deal in general insurance products, including by distributing and issuing policies on behalf of Assetinsure Pty Ltd (ABN 65 066 463 803).
Our in-house Australian-based claims team will be on-hand to handle any claim you have with us. They can handle all your claims enquiries via phone or email and are available Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm AEST. Additionally, you can download a claims form from the website at any time to start your claim process.
We take any complaints seriously, for more information on how we treat complaints please read out Complaints and handling documentation.
A primary purpose for which we collect personal information is to determine whether and on what terms we might issue you an insurance policy or to manage a claim in relation to an insurance policy you have with us. If you don’t provide all the information requested, the main consequence is that we may not be able to issue you with a policy or pay your claim.
Just a heads up, we have reduced numbers in the Enthusiast team around the festive season. We’ll be working but we won’t be taking incoming calls on Thursday the 2nd and Friday the 3rd of January, 2025.
